Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Talent Management Intern to join our team for Summer 2025. As a remote intern, you will have the opportunity to work with our Learning & Organizational Effectiveness (L&OE) team on tailored projects, driving success and making a meaningful impact on our organization. Key Responsibilities
- Provide project support for learning programs and vendor management, listening & employee engagement, organizational culture, change management, and organizational development.
 - Assist with researching internal and external data and best practices, engagement survey results and sentiment analysis, creating results presentations, and related tasks.
 - Develop or update high-quality and visually appealing L&OE toolkits, presentations, and learning content.
 - Partner with HR communications to develop and implement project-related communications.
 
Learning and Development Opportunities
As a Talent Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop valuable skills, including:
- Facilitation skills
 - HR project and program management
 - Communication strategies for varying levels of leadership and parties inside and outside of the HR function
 - Creating surveys and polls for increased engagement during facilitations/presentations
 
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
 - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

- Ability to learn quickly and an eagerness to learn
 - Willingness to be flexible when direction or priorities shift
 - Attention to details, both quantitative data and qualitative content

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $37,000 USD - $82,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
