Job Overview

As the Technology Risk Business Intelligence Lead, you will be responsible for managing technology solutions, analytics capabilities, and reporting to ensure the efficient and effective management of technology risk. You will provide leadership and support for Technology Risk initiatives across the business, advocate for best practices, and incorporate an independent oversight lens. You will utilize risk-based management to integrate information and technology risk processes into the way AT&T operates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Technology Risk Business Intelligence, Tools, and Reporting capabilities in accordance with the Technology Risk Program
  • Support the design, build, implementation, and ongoing management of a governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solution
  • Implement business intelligence capabilities to identify and visualize insights from technology and risk program data
  • Help ensure metrics are in place to measure AT&T’s technology risk exposure and control performance across all categories in the Technology Risk Framework
  • Support the development and management of Technology Risk program key performance indicators
  • Implement recurring reporting to inform executive leadership of risk exposure as well as performance of technology controls and risk management programs
  • Support risk scenario analysis through modeling
  • Support Tech Risk teams responsible for risk monitoring, periodic controls testing, evidence collection, remediation, and audit readiness efforts
  • Support creation of ad-hoc reporting and data analysis for time-sensitive requests

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Cyber Security
  • 5+ years of work experience in GRC solutions, metrics, business intelligence, or reporting at a global company
  • Strongly-rated skills in Risk program execution, Project management, and Problem-solving
  • Knowledge of information and technology risk management policies, methods, standards, frameworks, tools, and processes (e.g. COBIT, NIST, ITIL) as well as knowledge of compliance, legal, internal / external audit & regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, PCI)
  • Adept at creating structure from ambiguity to deliver repeatable and sustainable results
  • Effective at navigating large corporations and governance structures

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience in multiple industry risk, control, and governance disciplines (e.g. Audit, Information Security, Regulatory Compliance)
  • Experience with the following technologies: ServiceNow GRC capabilities (e.g., Integrated Risk Management), Microsoft Power BI /Tableau, and other BI tools for risk data visualization and dashboarding, Python for data manipulation and analysis, MS Office
  • Advanced degree
