Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in game production, with a focus on art production.
• A deep understanding of game development, art workflows, and dependency chains.
• Strong knowledge of lean production methodologies and best practices.
• Familiarity with game team structures and dynamics.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Hansoft, Excel, and other tracking/project management software.
• Knowledge of the mobile and free-to-play game industry, with experience on at least one top title.
• Experience delivering live services.
