Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, remote care to participants through an 8-week evidence-based program, utilizing your expertise in psychotherapy and solution-focused approaches.
- Monitor participant progress, provide follow-up communications, and care coordination recommendations to ensure seamless care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of session notes, adhering to our high standards of confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
- Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with supervisors, monthly team meetings, and Town Halls to stay connected with the team and aligned with company goals.
- Identify and respond to high-risk participant encounters, following company protocols to ensure participant safety and well-being.
- Assist participants in accessing resources and obtaining necessary consent and authorization forms.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted, independent clinical license in Oregon: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or state equivalent.
- Ability to maintain a consistent schedule for patients (10+ hours/week) within the hours of 9a-8pm local time.
- Strong clinical skills, with experience conducting psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based approaches.
Preferred Qualifications
- Clinical experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused approaches.
- Interest in obtaining licensure in other states, demonstrating a commitment to expanding your reach and impact.

Compensation and Benefits
