As a Florida resident, you'll be working remotely to assist members with enrolling in discount RX programs for specialty medications, handling inbound and outbound calls, and providing exceptional customer service.

As a Remote Member Enrollment Coordinator, you'll be the primary point of contact for members, guiding them through the enrollment process, and addressing their concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $20.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle approximately 50-60 daily calls (potentially higher during peak seasons) with an average duration of 7-8 minutes, enrolling members in discount RX programs for specialty medications.
  • Receive inbound and make outbound calls in a fast-paced contact center environment, addressing member inquiries, requests, and concerns related to copay assistance enrollment and case management.
  • Strive for first-call resolution, providing high-quality service to members while maintaining a professional and compassionate demeanor.
  • Verify and protect patient health information accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, offering accurate and up-to-date information to members and guiding them through the enrollment process efficiently.
  • Utilize CRM database effectively to verify member data, record interactions, escalate unresolved cases, and complete assigned tasks as directed by call center leadership.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in call center member enrollment, preferably in the health insurance or pharmacy industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience in pharmacy or co-pay assistance, with a strong understanding of the enrollment process and relevant regulations.
  • Proficiciency in Microsoft Office, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Fast-paced call center experience in an inbound and outbound environment within the last 5 years.
  • Health insurance experience on the pharmacy side and/or co-pay experience.
  • Experience with talk-tracks and navigating multiple software systems.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, having the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

  • Additional experience in health insurance or pharmacy beyond the minimum requirements.
  • Knowledge of CRM database management and utilization.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual call center environment.

Schedule and Work Requirements

  • Participate in shift bids approximately every 6 months based on business needs.
  • Be able to work uninterrupted during your scheduled shift, with a dedicated workspace and reliable ethernet connection.
  • Attend a 4-week training program (Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM EST).
