Key Responsibilities

• Oversee classroom management and maintain a safe and respectful learning environment
• Follow and lead basic lesson plans, adapting to the needs of the students and the school
• Perform duties as directed by Sub Teacher Source in coordination with school administration
• Maintain the safety and integrity of the school environment, adhering to all policies and procedures
• Provide support to students, teachers, and school staff as needed
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
• Ability to pay for ($70) and pass a criminal background check (WebCheck)
• Age 21 or older
• Legally registered to work in the USA
• State of Ohio Substitute Teaching Permit (we can assist with obtaining one if you don't already have it)
