• CO Substitute Teacher Authorization (or in the process of obtaining)
• Three professional references, including one from a previous direct supervisor
• Background check (we'll cover the cost of the one you do with Scoot)

• Empathetic nature, growth mindset, and drive to be the best educator you can be

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Previous teaching experience, especially in special education or English language learner instruction
• Experience with trauma-informed teaching, classroom management, and educational technology
