Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer experiences, and promoting our suite of products and services. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, using a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options and help them find solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth and promoting AT&T's suite of products and services
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options and help them find solutions that meet their needs
- Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, to ensure that customers receive the support they need
- Participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Stay up-to-date with evolving technology and changes in the market, adapting your sales approach as needed
- Meet and exceed sales targets, earning commission and contributing to the growth of the business
Requirements:
To be successful as a Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T, you will need:
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience (a plus, but not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to changing technology and market trends
- A passion for sales and a drive to meet and exceed targets
Preferred Qualifications:
