Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and lead the sales efforts for our food service accounts. This is a remote position that offers an immediate start for the right candidate. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple food service chain customers across various channels, including QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), FSR (Full-Service Restaurant), and Fast Casual. Your primary focus will be on selling all package forms to our portfolio of customers while also seeking out and converting competitive chain business.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to build and maintain strong relationships.
 - Meet with senior-level buyers to gain support and commitment to various initiatives/programs.
 - Conduct regular restaurant audits with outlet management to identify opportunities.
 - Understand customers' business needs and develop viable solutions.
 - Collaborate with customers to build business plans and contingency plans.
 - Activate cross-functional teams to implement business plans that meet customer needs.
 - Provide strategic thinking to recommend solutions that drive business growth.
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
 - 3+ years of successful sales account management experience.
 - Effective communication, technical presentation, and sales negotiation skills.
 - Proven track record of securing sales across various offerings.
