About the Role
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Scheduling Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional scheduling and coordination services to our clients, ensuring seamless event planning and execution. Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones and emails, schedule and confirm appointments, and input customer data into company systems
- Organize workflow and appointments by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments
- Manage department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel and arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
- Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
- Keep equipment operational by following manufacturer instructions and established procedures
- Secure information by completing database backups
- Provide historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Essential Qualifications
