We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team, driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion of our MDM platform.
About Profisee and the Role
Profisee exists to help organizations unlock the full potential of their data. Our MDM platform enables businesses to make informed decisions, drive innovation, and stay ahead of the competition. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve tangible business value from their partnership with Profisee. You'll work closely with various value-added resellers (VARs), internal teams, and customers to drive platform adoption, retention, and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Adoption: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and VARs to ensure customers are leveraging Profisee's MDM platform to deliver business value, including increased revenue, decreased cost, or decreased risk.
 - Retention & Renewals: Exceed 95% gross retention of annual recurring revenue by ensuring customers are realizing tangible results through platform adoption. Manage business-critical escalations and proactively identify and mitigate risk.
 - Customer Satisfaction: Become the trusted advisor to customers, guiding them to achieve business outcomes that matter to their organization. Leverage cross-functional teams and VARs to meet customer expectations and create enthusiastic customers who promote Profisee.
 - Expansion: Identify additional use cases for the Profisee platform, resulting in platform expansion or conversion to SaaS. Leverage Profisee thought leaders and executives to align with customers' strategic goals.
 
Performance Objectives and Goals
In this role, you'll be expected to achieve the following performance objectives:
- In 30 days, understand Profisee's solutions and value, account segmentation, and corresponding engagement motions. Develop a prioritized existing account engagement plan.
 - In 90 days, activate your account engagement plan, engage with 100% of strategic accounts, 90% of develop accounts, and 50% of sustain accounts. Begin managing adoption for net-new accounts.
 
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 5 years of customer success experience in enterprise software, ideally SaaS in the IT sector.
 - Demonstrated experience in delivering customer success to enterprise software customers, managing 20-75 high-touch accounts.
 - Strong execution skills, with the ability to prioritize work, ensure flawless follow-through, and escalate for assistance when needed.
 - Basic understanding of business functions and core IT systems.
 - Motivated and accountable, with a track record of rolling up your sleeves and delivering results despite obstacles.
 - A kind, humble, and fun personality, with a passion for working with peers and colleagues.
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working with MDM solutions and data management.
 - Familiarity with Profisee's MDM platform and Microsoft ecosystem.
 - Strong industry knowledge and understanding of core business operations.
