Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from homeowners, residents of rental properties, realtors, and institutions in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Assist residents by providing service information and processing work orders when necessary, ensuring timely resolution of their inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with Community Management staff and associates to address inquiries regarding unit and community information, providing accurate and helpful responses.
  • Utilize our internal software and available resources to research information and provide accurate assistance to customers, ensuring that their needs are met efficiently.
  • Verify and update customer information as needed, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our customer database.
  • Maintain open availability during Customer Care Center hours, with designated days off as specified for each state, ensuring that customers receive the support they need during our operating hours.

Pre-Employment Training

To ensure that you are fully equipped to excel in your role, we provide three weeks of comprehensive training, Monday through Friday. During this training period, you will learn about our company, our customers, and our processes, as well as develop the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education and commitment to your academic pursuits.
  • A strong background in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Proficient problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • A minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute, demonstrating your ability to efficiently and accurately document customer interactions and other relevant information.

While not required, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, as it will enable you to communicate effectively with a broader range of customers and provide more comprehensive support.

  • A laptop or desktop computer that meets our specified requirements, ensuring that you have the necessary technology to perform your job duties efficiently.
  • A reliable internet connection with minimum download and upload speeds, enabling you to maintain a stable and secure connection to our systems and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • A hardwired connection (Ethernet cord required) for stability, minimizing the risk of connectivity issues and ensuring that you can work efficiently without interruption.
