Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced e-commerce professional to join our team as an Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value deals that enhance our product selection, pricing, and customer experience. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve vendor issues, and provide guidance to sellers on best practices for online selling.
Key Responsibilities:

- Seller Acquisition and Development: Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
- Seller Guidance and Support: Guide sellers through sharing best practices for online selling, including data-driven insights that help them achieve high standards of delivery, customer experience, and business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve vendor issues, and influence key decision-makers to drive business growth.
- Performance and Results: Exceed income objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach, and demonstrate a strong track record of success in sales and business development.
Primary Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Sales Experience: 1-3 years of successful business-to-business sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries.
- Consultative Sales Skills: Demonstrated achievement in exceeding income objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Advanced conversation and presentation skills, with a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs.
- Analytical and Quantitative Skills: Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities, with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
- Commercial Enterprise Judgment: Remarkable commercial enterprise judgment with strong written and oral communication talents.
Preferred Qualifications:
We prefer candidates with:
- E-commerce Experience: 2 years of e-commerce experience is a plus.
- Consumer Electronics Experience: 3 years of experience in the consumer electronics sector is a plus.
- Direct Sales Experience: 3 years of direct sales experience is a plus.
