Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support and assistance with personal hygiene, daily living activities, and household tasks.
• Report observations of the client's condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Drive safely and comply with traffic regulations when business travel is required, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and toileting, with dignity and respect.
• Perform household tasks directly essential to clients' personal care, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Notify the Agency Director immediately if any incidents or accidents occur, ensuring prompt and effective response.

Essential Qualifications

• Six months of experience in home care preferred, with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges of patients in the home setting.
• Successful completion of a competency evaluation, demonstrating your skills and abilities as a caregiver.
• Current CPR certification required, with the ability to respond to emergencies and provide basic life support.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation, enabling you to travel to patient homes as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a CNA, Aide, or Caregiver, with a strong foundation in patient care and support.
