Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Bilingual Operations Processor - ATM Phone Customer Support to join our team. As a Bilingual Operations Processor, you will be responsible for performing complex tasks on behalf of our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our business operations. This is a full-time role that requires 8 hours of work per day, and you will have the opportunity to work from anywhere as a remote employee.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform complex tasks on behalf of customers, including processing transactions, resolving issues, and providing information
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Require extensive knowledge of organization staff arrangements and practices
