Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements.
  • Assist in creating and communicating results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders and leaders.
  • Assist in analyzing ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging support issues and provide insightful responses to enable senior management to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project commitments.
  • Presentation of insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to facilitate stakeholder understanding.
  • Assist in creating and distributing specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing the frequency, and validating the necessity of the data requirements.
  • Identify irregularities in processes through audits and convey findings to the team.
  • Assess the effectiveness of processes and procedures by monitoring for trends and anomalies.
  • Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the center of every decision.
  • May perform other work duties as directed by the team leader.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and convey ideas in writing, verbally, or through presentations to groups of varying audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of data visualization tools and capabilities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, being desirable.
  • Ability to assess business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics.
  • Past internship, capstone projects, and research coursework are desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
