Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, live chat, and social media, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Assist parents and students with questions and issues related to our educational content and services.
- Troubleshoot problems and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Utilize problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex customer issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide informed support to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer service, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in an educational or related industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging responses to customers.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Proficient in using technology, including live chat software, email, and phone systems.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.

- Experience working in an educational or related industry.
- Knowledge of educational technology and online learning platforms.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills.

Schedule and Work Environment
We're looking for team members who are available to work a variety of shifts, including:
- Monday-Friday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Eastern (12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Pacific).
- Weekends: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Eastern (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific).
This is a fully remote position, and you'll be working from the comfort of your own home. We're looking for candidates who are self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
