Job Summary

As an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our website and online channels. You will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers via phone and email, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
