Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Account Executive to join our Nearby Outreach Group, a team focused on driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional client experiences. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their agencies, developing and executing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities. This is a full-time remote work opportunity, and we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their agencies, understanding their needs and goals, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  • Account Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop account plans that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Communication and Presentation: Present sales strategies and account plans to clients and internal stakeholders, and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends and developments, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and account plans.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and digital teams, to develop and execute sales strategies and account plans.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed sales targets, and track key performance metrics to measure success.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 4+ years of media sales experience, with 6 years preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience with sales strategy development and execution.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
    • Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: Experience working in the media and advertising industry.
  • Skills:
    • Experience with digital media and advertising.
    • Knowledge of market trends and developments.
    • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
