Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled Human Resources People Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. As a People Lead, you will play a critical role in driving HR-related initiatives and supporting our business leaders in the office and Market HR manager. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 years of retail experience and 1 year of administrative experience; OR 2 years of retail work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with HR systems, software, and technology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Long-term postgraduate education in Human Resource Development, Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • 2 years of HR leadership experience.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Experience with data analysis and metrics.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
