Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and Enforce Parking Policies: Regularly patrol Tesla facilities to identify and address parking infractions, including unauthorized parking, parking in restricted areas, and vehicle blocking.
• Make Informed Decisions: Use your judgment to make decisions regarding parking enforcement, communicating effectively with Tesla employees, and escalating issues to management as needed.
• Respond to Inquiries and Concerns: Address professional inquiries and concerns related to parking, valet services, and electric vehicle charging, providing excellent customer service and support.
• Provide Notifications and Alerts: Issue parking notifications and alerts to employees through various communication channels, ensuring compliance with parking policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work effectively with various Tesla teams, including facilities, operations, and management, to ensure a cohesive and efficient parking experience.
• Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of parking enforcement activities, including citations, tow-away notices, and other relevant data, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.
• Ensure Compliance with Tesla's Parking Procedures: Stay up-to-date with Tesla's parking procedures and policies, ensuring compliance and consistency in parking enforcement activities.
• Maintain Equipment and Tools: Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of parking enforcement equipment and tools, including citation printers and tow-away equipment.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• 3+ Years of Driving Experience: A minimum of 3 years of driving experience, with a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to Work Independently: The ability to work independently, making sound judgments and decisions in a dynamic environment.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong educational background in a related field an asset.
