Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Troubleshooting: Assist customers with website issues and troubleshoot technical problems with ease and efficiency.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with internal customers, ensuring a memorable customer experience.
- Inbound Customer Calls: Take inbound calls, utilizing active listening skills to understand customer needs, personalize solutions, and create value.
- Email Management: Respond to customer emails, demonstrating critical thinking and attention to detail.
- Benefit and Billing Support: Address benefit questions and billing/administrative inquiries related to our Group Benefits products.
- Compliance and Performance: Adhere to established compliance and performance processes, both verbally and in writing.
- Customer Experience: Take ownership of customer needs, using every touchpoint to build value and enhance The Hartford brand.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Technical Skills: Strong technical abilities to troubleshoot complex issues and provide clear resolutions.
- Customer Service Background: A demonstrated background in customer service, insurance, retail, sales, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop strong customer relationships.
- Computer Applications: Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual Skills: Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are preferred but not required.
Technical Requirements for Remote Work:
To ensure seamless remote work, you'll need:
- High-Speed Internet: A high-speed broadband internet service (not DSL, wireless, Wi-Fi, hotspots, or fiber without a modem).
- Modem/Router Setup: An internet provider-supplied modem/router/gateway hardwired to the Hartford-issued computer with an ethernet cable.
- System Speeds: A minimum of 100MB download and 10MB upload speeds.
- Software Requirements: Familiarity with Genesys softphone, Citrix/ATO, and Microsoft Teams.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Base Pay: An annualized base pay range of $40,685 - $61,027.
