About the Role

As an E-commerce Account Manager, you'll be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that enhance our product selection, pricing, and customer experience. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve vendor issues, drive business growth, and exceed sales objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis and Insights: Develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global trends. Monitor competitor efforts and identify opportunities to stay ahead.
  • Seller Acquisition and Development: Prospect and acquire high-potential sellers to join our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations. Guide sellers through best practices of online selling, providing data-driven insights to help them achieve high standards of delivery, customer experience, and business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve vendor issues, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Sales Growth and Performance: Exceed sales objectives using consultative and solutions-focused processes. Develop and execute strategies to promote nascent products and offerings into new markets.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze complex economic data, providing polished communication and negotiation skills to drive business outcomes.

Primary Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Business Experience: 1-3 years of successful business experience in sales, preferably in e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries.
  • Sales Achievement: Demonstrated achievement in exceeding sales objectives using consultative and solutions-focused processes.
  • Communication and Presentation: Advanced conversation and presentation skills, with a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs.
  • Analytical and Quantitative Skills: Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities, with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
  • Commercial Enterprise Judgment: Remarkable commercial enterprise judgment with strong written and oral communication talents.

Preferred Qualifications

  • E-commerce Experience: 2+ years of e-commerce experience is a plus.
  • Consumer Electronics Experience: 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics sector is a plus.
  • Direct Sales Experience: 3+ years of direct sales experience is a plus.
