About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Social Media Chat Support Specialist who has the ability to understand our guests and provide a magical experience before they arrive at their local Enchanted Fairies to have an adventure. As a key member of our social media support team, you will be responsible for assisting our amazing guests/potential guests with their social media inquiries across all platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and more.

Responsibilities

- Responds to inquiries and comments across all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. - Ensures all client inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and professionally across multiple channels. - Develops a thorough understanding of our magical experiences and ensures the appropriate actions are taken to resolve guests' problems and concerns. - Maintains records of client interactions with inquiry details, complaints, or comments. - Attends and participates in department and/or company meetings to stay up-to-date on company initiatives and goals.

Requirements

- A minimum of 1 year of social media client support experience or a similar role. - Previous experience with CRM and social media management software, with Agora experience preferred. - Intermediate technical skills, including proficiency in Windows/Mac, Office Suite, CRM, and other software applications. - Ability to adapt and learn new software easily. - Reliable computer with very fast internet (this is a remote position). - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - High attention to detail and organized approach to work. - Resourceful and diligent in research. - Flexible in working together with coworkers and taking constructive criticism to achieve company goals. - High level of emotional intelligence.
