Job Overview

We have multiple remote positions available in Tax Customer Care, Healthcare Customer Support, and Automotive Sales & Service. As a remote customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries with precision and empathy, providing exceptional customer service through active listening and problem-solving skills, and working with confidential information sensitively.   • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in mathematics and language arts.
  • At least 18 years of age with predictable and reliable attendance, demonstrating a commitment to your role and our customers.
