Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction:

Information Management:
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
Provide clear, concise, and complete information to customers.
Ensure all customer data and information is handled with confidentiality and care.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or similar role is highly preferred.
Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
A strong ability to empathize with customers and maintain a positive, patient attitude.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
