About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:

Client Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to sales, product availability, and order status.

Process Management:
Track and monitor sales orders from creation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and accounting, to resolve any issues that may arise during the sales cycle.
Generate and analyze sales reports to help the team identify trends and opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.
Strong proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
