As an Intermediate Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our Content, Business Process, and Automation software and services business, leveraging your expertise to identify business opportunities, foster successful relationships, and collaborate with executives to strategize objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage in prospecting and leveraging partner relationships to drive sales and grow our client base.
  • Articulate and demonstrate the value proposition of our solutions for each opportunity, tailoring your approach to the specific needs of our clients.
  • Assist clients in progressing through the Intelligent Automation Maturity model, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through marketing lead follow-up and professional relationships, ensuring a consistent flow of new business opportunities.
  • Deliver value-based sales presentations and proposals, responding to client requests and addressing their concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of our software and services portfolio, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements in our offerings.
  • Provide support to prospects and customers, ensuring satisfaction and building trust through consultative selling.
  • Update and maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate and timely data to inform sales strategies and decisions.
  • Travel throughout the US may be required (up to 25% of the time), providing opportunities to meet with clients, attend industry events, and collaborate with colleagues.

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Fluency in English, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with high-level decision-makers, building trust and credibility through consultative selling.
  • Strong ability to understand and communicate technology concepts in business terms, providing value to clients and driving business outcomes.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Adaptability to changes and matrixed sales organizations, with a flexible and responsive approach to shifting priorities and requirements.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field preferred, providing a solid foundation in the technical aspects of our business.
  • 5+ years of sales and/or business development experience, meeting/exceeding quotas and driving business growth.
  • Experience selling content, capture, and workflow software, with a strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to navigate complex technical sales cycles.
  • Knowledge of Business Process Solutions and Automation Technologies, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements in the field.
  • Proven ability to build trust with clients through consultative selling, providing value and driving business outcomes.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for client success and a drive to win business, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.

Preferred Skills and Experience

In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience in industries such as Finance, Banking, Insurance, Energy, Utilities, Retail, or Communications, providing a strong understanding of the business challenges and opportunities in these sectors.
  • Familiarity with industry-leading automation partners such as IBM, Hyland, Box, Opentext, LaserFiche, etc., with a keen interest in staying up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements in the field.
