About the Role: Senior Store Manager
As a Senior Store Manager at Starbucks, you'll be responsible for driving the success of our store by leading a team of partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and building a strong sense of community. Essential Qualifications:
- Retail/customer care management experience or significant experience in a sales-driven environment.
- Strong organizational, relational, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-centered climate.
- Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to mentor and coach team members for professional growth.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Military service experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
