About the Role: Turkish Speaking Customer Service Representative

We're excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Turkish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team on a 100% home office basis. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service across various channels, including phone, email, and chat. This is a full-time position that requires a strong foundation in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring an optimal customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat, providing solutions to their queries and concerns.
  • Utilize various tools and systems to identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to the relevant teams when necessary.
  • Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high-quality customer support and efficiency.
  • Assist customers with technical inquiries, raising concerns to the subject matter expert technical team as needed.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent Turkish (C2) and English (B2) language skills, both written and verbal.
  • A customer-centric approach, with the ability to communicate effectively at the customer's level.
  • Proficiency in using a PC and various software applications.
  • Prior experience in a service organization is desirable, though not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with social media and online advertising products/vendors is a plus.
  • The ability to multitask, work under pressure, and be a fast learner.
  • A diligent work ethic and a willingness to provide background checks (certificate for highest level of education, employment certificate, references from previous employment).
  • Residency in Germany (excluding Saxony, Hesse, Saarland, and Hamburg).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Online advertising experience, which is considered a significant advantage.
