About the Team and Role

The Enterprise Strategy & Operations team is looking for an entrepreneurial leader to join our team as a Sales Enablement Associate Manager. You will report to the Head of Sales Strategy & Operations, DoorDash for Business, and work closely with various teams, including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Strategy & Operations. Your primary objective will be to drive performance improvements across the sales organization, build the foundation for scalability, and enhance sales productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales enablement strategies to improve the performance of our sales teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales training, content, and initiatives
  • Create and deliver onboarding and continuous learning curriculum to increase sales team effectiveness
  • Identify metrics to quantify the impact and efficacy of enablement programs, special events, and sales tools and resources
  • Coordinate and manage recurring sales enablement events, including quarterly sales gatherings, new hire onboarding, and annual/semi-annual sales kick-offs
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform sales enablement strategies and initiatives
  • Develop and maintain a repository of shared content and sales collateral to ensure sales teams have the resources they need

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement or enterprise sales, preferably in a high-growth B2B startup or tech environment
  • Data-driven approach to guide training programs for field sales teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias towards action, ownership mentality, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across various job functions
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently translate high-level goals into actionable plans

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a similar industry or vertical
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and technologies
  • Certifications in sales enablement or related fields

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary, reflecting our commitment to attracting the best talent. The base pay for this position ranges from $91,800 to $135,000, depending on location and market conditions.
