The Role
As an Associate Product Manager at Sprinto, you will be an integral part of our product team, working closely with customers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify and understand product gaps. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Cultivating a deeper understanding of customer personas, their needs, and preferences.
- Collaborating closely with customers and business stakeholders to identify and understand product gaps.
- Documenting and maintaining PRDs with use cases reflecting customer needs, for aiding solution development, design, and execution.
- Developing product metrics to monitor and analyze feature usage, performance, and other insights to enhance customer value.
- Continuously building expertise in domain knowledge, competitive landscape, and customer personas.
- Taking ownership of the feature development lifecycle and ensuring timely delivery through collaboration with product managers, designers, and engineering teams.
- Fostering collaboration with various stakeholders throughout the product development process.
- Effectively communicating product updates to customers and other stakeholders in the business.
- Streamlining and collecting product feedback from customers and business stakeholders through appropriate channels.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 1-2 years of experience in product management with SaaS-based products.
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, or a related field.
- A strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to drive product improvements.
- Well-versed with product metrics and analytical tools for understanding product usage, performance, etc.
