Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Sales throughout the entire sales process, including ideation, sales planning, presentation, activation, and post-analysis
 - Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and market share expansion
 - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
 - Establish connections between business performance metrics and consumer behavior patterns
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve sales goals
 - Provide insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies and tactics
 - Manage and analyze sales data to measure performance and track progress against goals
 
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Category Analytics within the CPG industry, including 2+ years with large national accounts
 - Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency with analytical tools such as Nielsen/IRI, PowerBI, and 84.51
 - Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including sales, marketing, and finance
 - Collaboration: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
 - Strategic Thinking: Ability to think both strategically and tactically, with a focus on driving business results
 - Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with standard business tools, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
 
Preferred qualifications include:
- 2+ years of experience working with Kroger and/or Target
 - Experience with sales planning and execution in the CPG industry
