Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Check identification of customers to ensure they meet legal drinking age requirements - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages and bar supplies - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
Requirements: - Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of mixing and garnishing drinks - Familiarity with different types of alcoholic beverages and their ingredients - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure - Knowledge of food handling procedures is a plus
