We're seeking a talented and customer-focused Client Experience Expert to join our team and help deliver exceptional customer service across various channels.

About the Role: Client Experience Partner

As a Client Experience Partner at Wayfair, you'll be the face of our brand, providing top-notch customer support through in-person, phone, and email interactions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience, whether they're browsing our website, visiting our physical store, or resolving issues with their orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with order tracking, product information, and general inquiries.
  • Help customers with delivery outs, in-store pickup processes, and truck recovery from the parking area.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Wayfair's extensive product catalog to effectively support customers in their product selection.
  • Stay up-to-date on new product releases, features, and selections.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and product groups, to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Help customers with order processing, cancellations, returns, fulfillment processes, and exchanges.
  • Work with the logistics team to track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their orders and any potential delays.
  • Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products, services, or processes.
  • Share feedback with relevant teams to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to Wayfair's policies and procedures while assisting customers.
  • Stay current with any changes in company policies.
  • Utilize various customer service tools, software, and systems to manage customer interactions efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and product groups, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in a customer service setting, preferably in retail.
  • 1 year of experience working directly with customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • 1 year of experience identifying and resolving customer issues, collaborating with teams to address challenges, and finding solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • 1 year of experience managing time effectively, including handling multiple customer requests, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely responses.
  • 1 year of experience building customer relationships and resolving customer complaints.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
