About the Role: Serve, Solve, and Sell!
As a Customer Care and Sales Representative at Asurion, you will be responsible for providing remote support to customers, resolving their inquiries about lost or damaged devices, and addressing their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also have the opportunity to sell our Connected Home products and other offerings to customers on every call, engaging with them to understand their technology needs and providing personalized solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers via phone, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
 - Engage with customers to understand their technology needs and sell Connected Home products and other offerings that meet their requirements.
 - Troubleshoot problems and find resolutions to customer issues, demonstrating a dedication to customer satisfaction.
 - Identify and upsell new products and solutions based on customer needs, showcasing your ability to listen and understand customer requirements.
 - Work an assigned training and production schedule that aligns with business needs, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt.
 - Meet and exceed sales targets, leveraging your sales experience and technical aptitude to drive results.
 
What We Require: Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Care and Sales Representative at Asurion, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED.
 - At least 6 months of previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
 - A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of sales experience, demonstrating your ability to engage with customers and drive sales results.
 - Technical aptitude to pass our readiness assessment, showcasing your ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
 - Flexibility to work all shifts as required, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
 - Willingness to submit and pass a pre-employment background investigation and drug screen.
 - A distraction-free workplace that meets our ergonomic standards, with a hard-wired internet connection (Wifi or Hotspots are not allowed) and minimum internet speed requirements (10 Mbps download speed / 5 Mbps upload speed).
