Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat and data entry, ensuring that our customers receive timely and accurate responses to their inquiries. You will work closely with our customer listening team to handle the end-to-end voice of the customer process, which includes designing and programming customer experience surveys, analyzing data, and providing insights to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Enter customer data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Work closely with the customer listening team to design and program customer experience surveys

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
