Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our SilverRock team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, educating customers about their warranty, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from customers, providing clear and concise information about their warranty and ancillary products.
  • Educate customers about their warranty coverage, ensuring they understand their benefits and how to access them.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, using effective problem-solving skills.
  • Utilize our self-service options to anticipate customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using our CRM system.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and procedures.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Positive emotional resilience, with the ability to maintain a positive attitude in a challenging environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the automotive industry, including exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices.
  • Familiarity with labor guides and part pricing.
  • Fluent Spanish speaker (extra 25 cents per hour).
