Key Responsibilities

As a CDL Driver Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting Distribution Supervisors with daily operations within the department
• Running relief and vacation routes as needed
• Following all safety procedures while driving to and from Sales Center to customer locations on route
• Correctly checking store delivery inventory compared to invoiced quantity with warehouse/backroom manager
• Correctly checking truck inventory compared to load-out report and return inventory compared to load-in report
• Performing other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a CDL Driver Lead, you will need:

• A valid Class A CDL License
• A driving record that meets Swire's vehicle policy requirements
• The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as directed by the business
• The ability to lift 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Previous experience as a CDL driver or in a related field
• Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
