Job Description:

As a Customer Support Executive at Votiko, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues with ease. You will interact with our customers, provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services, and help resolve any customer complaints. If you have a proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota, excellent knowledge of English, and outstanding negotiation skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers and provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services
  • Deal with and help resolve any customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work on computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems to manage customer interactions
  • Learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Make reports on each and every call
  • Meet sales quota and achieve targets

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Any Graduate degree
  • Experience: 3+ years of overall experience in international calling
  • Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of English
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Negotiation Skills: Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
