Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist - Americas, Remote, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Users: Provide exceptional support to all users of the platform before, during, and after their events.
  • Webinar Management: Run regular webinars for event organizers and exhibitors to ensure they get the most out of our platform.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the event team to create engaging content for attendees, exhibitors, and organizers.
  • Event Support: Provide online and/or onsite support for events throughout their duration.
  • Product Feedback: Be the voice of users to improve the product and drive continuous innovation.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Support Specialist - Americas, Remote, you will need:
