Remote Database Entry Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Database Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in company databases and digital systems. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, strong typing skills, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities: • Accurately input data into company databases, spreadsheets, and management systems • Review and verify information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency • Update existing records and remove duplicate or outdated data • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely • Assist in generating reports and retrieving information when requested • Perform regular database checks and audits to ensure data quality • Support administrative tasks and collaborate with team members as needed Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred) • Proven experience in data entry, database management, or administrative support • Strong typing and computer skills (40+ WPM with accuracy) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace • Familiarity with database systems (e.g., MS Access, SQL, CRM software) is a plus • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or remotely Compensation: • Benefits may include health, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement plans (depending on employer) to join our team.
