About the Role & Team:
As a Paid Social Media Manager - CE Strategy & Activation, you'll be part of a dynamic team that directly manages paid social media campaigns across multiple ad manager platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You'll report to the Manager, Social Media Strategy & Activation and contribute to the Disney Vacation Club business and other lines of business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead paid social campaigns for Walt Disney World, driving innovation and growth through strategic planning and execution
• Provide expert guidance and input to achieve client goals and objectives
• Implement, manage, and optimize paid social advertising campaigns to achieve traffic and revenue goals
• Ensure proper campaign setup and tracking in Adobe Analytics and paid social buying platforms
• Develop strategy proposals for new campaigns or account structures based on objectives provided by strategy partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve technical setup and inter-departmental workflow
• Present campaign performance and insights to key stakeholders, providing actionable findings and recommendations for future campaigns
• Identify and implement new testing opportunities to evolve business-as-usual campaigns and promote innovation
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• 3-5 years of paid social media experience, with a minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience in Travel and Entertainment
• Extensive experience with social media advertising platforms, digital media buying, and related tools
• Strong understanding of online/offline data and its application in the digital and social space
• Advanced analytics and measurement skills, with the ability to coach team members on testing and analysis
• Familiarity with work management platforms such as Workfront, JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.
• Comfort with high levels of autonomy and ability to distill complex technical details into simple, actionable terms
Education:
A four-year college degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business, Social Media, Analytics, or Statistics is preferred.
