As a Data Entry Specialist at ABC Legal Services, you will play a critical role in our e-Filing team, working closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team members to ensure the accurate and efficient filing of legal documents using our proprietary online platforms and tools. Job Overview: Key Responsibilities and Requirements
As a Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and email
 - Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of industry trends and processes
 - Investigating discrepancies as they arise and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
 - Completing additional projects as assigned by your supervisor or team lead
 
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- No prior experience is necessary, but data entry experience is a plus
 - Strong technical skills, with a preference for those with experience in Microsoft Office and other software applications
 - The ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
 - A high school diploma or GED equivalent
 - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
