About the Role

As a Data Input Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate updating of data for our diverse property portfolio, comprising commercial, industrial, and retail properties. You will be the primary point of contact for data-related queries and will work closely with our accounts and Property Management teams to provide a best-in-class service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately update client data, including client information, property details, lease details, and supplier details, in a timely manner.
  • Communicate directly with accounts and Property Management teams via email and phone to ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Support the Senior Data Input Administrator in maintaining high levels of data accuracy and meeting internal and client KPIs.
  • Set up Client Portfolios using various Property Management Systems.
  • Perform database maintenance, central mailbox management, and process high volumes of data forms in line with company and client procedures.
  • Update Control Sheets and review and process data on Microsoft Excel using various Excel formulas and functions.
  • Participate in system testing and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.
  • Undertake any other duties that ensure the smooth running of the accounting department.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A proactive, practical, and positive approach to work.
  • Excellent and professional communication skills, with the ability to build good working relationships with colleagues across the business.
  • Math's and English G.C.S.E 9-4/A-C or equivalent.
  • Good numeracy skills and IT & Software Skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
  • A high level of attention to detail, strong organisational, prioritisation, and communication skills.
  • Good team working skills and a desire to learn and develop within your role.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

While not essential, the following qualifications and skills will be considered advantageous:

  • Previous experience in a data input or administrative role.
  • Familiarity with property management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits
