Key Responsibilities

• Strategising and Planning:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create a strong and relevant content calendar for various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing objectives.
• Content Management:
  • Manage social media captions and content across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Oversee Online Reputation Management (ORM) across all digital channels, ensuring our brand's online presence is consistently positive.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies to ensure alignment with our objectives and strategy.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing lead to drive brand growth through social media, e-commerce, marketplaces, paid digital media, website, SEO, SEM, SMS, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate on content creation with celebrities, influencers, and third-party brand associations to expand our reach and credibility.
• Performance Analysis:
  • Extract, compile, and analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends on social media and digital mediums, making necessary adjustments to our content strategy to stay ahead of the curve.
• Campaign Management:
  • Create and manage campaigns that promote audience interaction, increase presence, and encourage engagement across various digital platforms.
  • Establish and grow our brand's presence on emerging digital platforms, capitalizing on new opportunities for growth.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing campaigns and working with international clients, preferably UK-based.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients across different time zones.
• A good-quality laptop with the latest updates and generation, a quiet and dedicated workspace free from distractions, and a stable internet connection with backup power support.
• Strong organizational skills, a self-driven attitude, and enthusiasm for growing your career in digital marketing.
