About the Role: Director B2B Creative Strategy
We're seeking an exceptional Director B2B Creative Strategy to join our Marketing Creative team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and executing creative strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement. You'll work closely with our Associate Vice President of Creative Marketing and Marketing Activation partners to deliver campaigns that support national and local initiatives across Verizon Business Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive creative and messaging consistency across 360 consumer engagement touchpoints, both within and outside the marketing organization.
- Manage messaging and communications needs across traditional and digital spectrums, ensuring alignment with our portfolio of network, wireless, and emerging technology services.
- Lead the development and execution of world-class creative strategies, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.
- Develop communications strategies based on consumer and competitive intelligence, driving demand across our product portfolio.
- Represent the Creative Marketing discipline in cross-functional processes, driving innovation and culture-shaping ideas attached to our brand.
- Manage the creative vision for breakthrough advertising, ensuring a unified strategy for fully integrated executions.
- Collaborate with external agencies to manage the creative, production, and execution process for advertising materials in the digital spectrum.
- Develop partnerships with Marketing Activation teams, business units, and internal marketing organizations to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Work directly with Verizon legal to secure approval on advertising materials and communicate feedback to agencies and internal teams.
- Manage production budgets and ensure billing and accrual accuracy with internal finance teams and advertising agencies.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Ten or more years of relevant experience in marketing or related communications fields.
- Ten or more years of professional experience in marketing or related communications field.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, or Marketing.
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Project leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams across disciplines like ATL/BTL Media, Social, .com, Experiential, and more.
- B2B Advertising/Marketing Experience.
- Six or more years of wireless experience and understanding of wireless industry trends and key business drivers.
- Six or more years of experience in digital, media, and communications planning.
- Experience in creating and increasing demand for a portfolio of products and services.
- Organizational, interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication, and negotiation skills.
Skills and Competencies:
- Executive communication skills using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to engage and influence large teams and functional leaders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with multi-cultural advertising.
- Knowledge of creative production processes (TV, Radio, Print, Digital, OOH).
- Advertising agency experience or experience managing an agency.

The compensation range for this position is between $131,000.00 and $243,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience.
