About the Role
As an Evening and Weekend Therapist at Equilibria, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and adults. You will be responsible for providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions, as well as conducting assessments and developing treatment plans. Our ideal candidate is a skilled and autonomous clinician who is committed to delivering exceptional care and is passionate about ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality therapy sessions to clients in the evenings and weekends
 - Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
 - Collaborate with other clinicians and staff members to ensure comprehensive care
 - Participate in regular consultation groups and evidence-based continuing education trainings
 - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress
 
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of three years of experience providing therapy and/or formal psychological assessments
 - A valid Pennsylvania license as a Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
 - The ability to schedule at least 8 appointments per week in the evenings or weekends
 - A strong background in outpatient settings and experience working with diverse populations
 - Flexibility to work some evenings and/or weekends
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with children, adolescents, families, and/or adults
 - Current credentialing with major insurers in the area
 - Spanish fluency
 - Experience working in a hybrid or remote setting
