About the Global Brand Sponsorships and Experiences Team
The Global Brand Sponsorships and Experiences team is responsible for leading over 40 partnerships globally, delivering exceptional ticket access, live events, and digital experiences across Card Member passion points of sports, music, and various other cultural interests. As an Executive Assistant to the Vice Presidents of this team, you will play a critical role in supporting the team's organization, calendar management, and administrative aspects. Your expertise and attention to detail will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the team and enabling the Vice Presidents to focus on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional calendar management, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation, for domestic and international trips
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain organizational systems, including headcount reporting, organizational charts, and department distribution lists
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including logistics, catering, and audio-visual equipment
- Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives, as requested by the Vice Presidents
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Essential Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior leader, with a strong background in office management and team administration
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy, quality, and timeliness
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives, employees, and external partners
- High level of proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as internal AXP tools and systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with AXP policies and office procedures, with a strong understanding of company culture and values
- Experience working with senior leaders, with a strong ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $24.05 to $48.10 hourly, plus bonus and benefits. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
