Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that demonstrate your ability to analyze complex problems, communicate effectively, and drive results. The following requirements and qualifications are essential for this position:

  • Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, research, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving results and improving processes.
  • 2+ years of experience in business writing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in Consumer Relations and/or Team Lead experience in Operations, with a focus on customer escalation management and resolution.
  • ACA (Accredited Claims Adjuster's license) must be acquired and maintained to be part of this team.

Preferred Skills and Experience

While not essential, the following skills and experience would be highly beneficial in this role:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English), with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups.
  • Understanding of client contracts, operations, company products, and services, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business results.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

This is a fully remote position, with general office demands and a standard schedule of 9:00am EST - 6:00pm EST. As a remote worker, you will need to be self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
